Shui Jing Fang

Shui Jing Fang is recognized as China’s oldest documented distillery, with a heritage spanning more than 600 years since the Ming Dynasty. Produced in Chengdu, Sichuan, it represents the pinnacle of Nongxiang (Strong Aroma) Baijiu — crafted in the original ancient cellars that have been in continuous use since 1408. Each bottle carries centuries of distilling wisdom and time-honoured tradition.
